Cebu City, Philippines -- As part of its commitment to the advancement of IT education in Cebu, Bigfoot Asia Pacific Foundation recently rolled out phase three of its IT Learning Program.
Phase three is the donation of Php600,000 worth of computer books to the 22 IT Bigfoot Learning Centers located in public elementary and high schools in Cebu and Valencia, Negros Oriental.
Bigfoot Foundation also added six more schools to the program, each to receive computer units, teachers’ training and computer books.
Based in Cebu City, Bigfoot Asia Pacific Foundation is a non-profit organization funded by Bigfoot Global Solutions, Inc. and is dedicated to the improvement of the quality education of children in underprivileged areas through the use of technology.
Last June, Bigfoot Foundation chairman, Joe Mercado, reaffirmed their commitment after the successful implementation of its Php15 million IT Learning Program.
