John Joseph Mercado

A veteran in the international telecommunications industry with over 17 years of experience in senior executive management roles, Joe established Bigfoot’s presence in Cebu and has provided the leadership in developing its global outsourcing businesses. Before joining Bigfoot, Joe was the Vice President and head of the wireless services for Isla Communications Co., Inc. (Islacom), a Duetsche Telekom owned telecom company. He was also held key leadership roles Islacom especially during its merger with Deutsche Telekom and Singapore Telecoms. Joe was also with Milicom International Cellular where he launched the first pre-paid service in Asia. He is a graduate of Bucknell University with a BS degree in Computer Science and a minor in Economics
Yuen Chau
President
Based in the US, Yuen is responsible for business development
and client integration. At Bigfoot Ventures he managed M&A
transactions and the development of new businesses. He has
over 12 years of international experience in the financial
services industry with firms such as Morgan Stanley, Citigroup
and UBS. Yuen has an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School
and a B.A. in International Relations from the University
of Southern California.
Fabian Init
CFO
Fabian has a multidisciplinary background, focused on accounting and finance. He has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Siliman University, Dumaguete City and a master's degree in business from the University of San Jose-Recoletos, Cebu City. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has undergone extensive training in import-export, professional development and taxation and credit. Previous work experience includes production management and accounting for Clarson Enterprises, Inc., accounting for PNOC-Petrophil and auditing for Carlos J. Valdes.
Reggell Magalso
Senior System and Network Administrator
Reggell Magalso is currently the Head for System and Network administration at Bigfoot Global Solutions. He has over 10 years of advanced multi-platform UNIX system and network administration experience, with emphasis on Linux, Solaris, Cisco networking hardware, system and network security, network design, Data/Voice Communications design and implementation and back ups systems. He earned his bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of San Jose Recoletos.
Miguel Lorenzo
Training and Quality Assurance Manager
Miguel is responsible for overall QA standards and procedures for both individual agents and corporate campaigns. He has extensive experience in developing global standards in QA and training agents to meet those standards. Miguel has developed training courses for call center clients in the areas of publishing, media, technology and sales. Previously in People Support, he played a key training implementation role that solidified the company’s campaigns, which allowed it to list on NASDAQ. Miguel received his BA in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University and is a licensed educator in the US and the Philippines.
Faith Seno
Telemarketing Supervisor
Faith has over 15 years of experience in marketing and sales
for pharmaceuticals and telecommunications companies. Faith
manages the Bigfoot outbound call center teams and integrates
client programs into calling campaigns. She graduated from
St. Theresa’s College in Cebu City with an AB in Mass
Communications.
